The scrollcase contains four scrolls as follows

1. Scroll of Sign of Sealing, Animal Messenger
   
2. Scroll of Wall of Gloom
   
3. Scroll of Ring of Blades
   
4. Scroll of Ring of Blades, Ghoul Touch, Detect Thoughts
   

Can anyone else use the scrolls??

And does anybody know what the Armbands of Might do ?

Armbands of Might
When you wear these armbands, you gain a +2 bonus on strength checks and str-based skill checks.
If you have the Power Attack feat, you also gain a +2 bonus on melee damage rolls for any attack on which you use the Power Attack feat and take a penalty of at least -2 on your attack roll.

If no one else has any use for the Arms bands then they would help to off set a little of Anvils Swim, Jump and climb penalties?

I,m thinking of taking Power Attack but not for ages. So I'm fine with you having them
