Entangle, as discussed, merely confers the Entangled condition on those who fail their saves - in normal conditions.
However, environment plays an important factor in this spell and as a result due to the rampant wild of the Eldeen Reaches, those who fail their saves are also bound in place, they can not move until they have broken free or 1d6 rounds have passed.
