To change career it says in the main book p.28 that all you need to do to is 2 things, collect all the trappings of the new career and pay 100xp. Is this right,? I thought someone said I have to complete all the current career's advances first... Am I missing something?

The book can be poorly written but Word of Alex is you have to buy all the advancements of your current career before you spend the 100XP to move into a new career

Yup, gotcha. So it stands to reason to take careers with the least advances, skills and talents to get to where you want to be quicker..... Not that it makes a difference as I know exactly where I'm going

Another thing to bear in mind is that you expressly need my permission to enter any Career, and I will only allow you to enter if you actually doing what the career is about. So if you want to be an Assassin you have to actually assassinate people, a Physician you would have to heal people etc.
