Okey dokey. After a quick flick through the rules on this topic i will allow traits, subject to approval, but not flaws.
Gaining a feat for a flaw is a bit too much IMHO.

The traits seem much more level-headed in their design.

Thinking of "Uncivilised" - +1 Handle Animal and Wild Empathy, but -1 Bluff, Diplomacy, and Gather Information. Kapek was a dinosaur herdsman before the Elf attack and probably used to long periods alone except for the herd.
