Blueshine ? just to make sure, the properties it has stop the rust monsters attack, and all acid damage? now as it me my body counts as armour for the requirements to enchant as I can't see a problem with it. I'm a bit shocked by the needed caster level given some other qualities that armour can get with a much lower caster level so I'll need to get someone else to do it. Is it all as it appears? and do competence bonuses stack with other competence bonuses?

Property: Metal armor
Caster Level: 12th
Aura: Strong; (DC 21) abjuration
Activation: —
This armor glistens with a blue-black sheen, as
if it were covered in oily liquid sapphire.
A suit of armor imbued with this property
never tarnishes and is immune to
acid damage and rusting effects
. While
wearing blueshine armor, you gain a +2
competence bonus on Hide checks.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and
Armor, Craft (alchemy) 5 ranks.
Cost to Create: 750 gp, 60 XP, 2 days.

Can't you make it give a red colour. That would really fit in with the groups name

The chances are that Anvils armour is likely to get darker, I'm hoping to add things like silent and shadow to try and off-set my penalties so the dark blue shine may be pretty cool looking

All seems to be fine.
I can understand the caster level as Energy Immunity is a 7th level Sor/Wiz spell, meaning as a wizard you'd have to be 13th level to cast it.
Competence bonuses do not stack unfortunately

I think that your biggest problem will be finding a 12th level caster. Most heroes in Eberron are 8th level max (due to the amount of casualties in the Last War), hence the unavailability of higher level spells, for example, there are only nine people in Sharn who can cast Raise Dead (Clr 5 - level 9 to cast), and most of them would have to be persuaded....

I'll have to search hard then, I see how it works but energy immunity strangely isn't in the requirements to cast it, only alchemy 5 ranks and craft arms and armoury

That is bizarre, perhaps they have just tried to find a close approximation to spell casting....?
